Randi R. McCray (Gregory) is a respected diversity professional fostering inclusive environments across various sectors. Her strategic approach focuses on enhancing workplace belonging through self-awareness and addressing unconscious biases. As a New Haven resident, Randi actively engages in community initiatives like the Believe in Me Empowerment Corporation (BIMEC) and the Village for Children and Families Fatherhood Initiative, among others. Randi has been recognized in her career with the Elm Ivy Award, the Community Healer Award, and a professional award acknowledging her impact on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Randi holds a Master’s Degree in Human Services and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Justice and Public Policy. In addition to her professional roles, Randi supports emerging leaders and entrepreneurs through mentorship and coaching.
